I choose the picture of a pill bottle to represent nursing. I picked the pill bottle because I feel that it symbolizes being caring and helpful. I think that a pill bottle represents being caring and being helpful, because oftentimes nurses give medications to help people. I also feel that this represents caring because often times there is an illness that the nurse needs to care for to give the medication. I also choose a pill bottle because one of the reasons is my sister is a recovering drug addict. I want to be a nurse too helpful through tough times and care for them. My sister was in and out of my life because of drugs, and I feel that being a nurse can be a way to reconnect with her, and in an odd way feel like I am helping her.
