Chapter 7: In chapter 7, I learned that normally when a person is reading a essay they don’t really have a strong idea of what is happening in the essay, so including the “so what” idea can help the reader better understand what the essay is stating because you are linking together importance’s.
Chapter 8: In chapter 8, I learned that to have effective writing you can implant pointing words into your essay to connect different parts of what you are arguing. Basically to use a point word, its a word that points back to what you want to refer back too.
